Energy efficient waterer where the water is completely surrounded by fully insulated polyethylene plastic. Designed for energy-free, frost-free operation. Solid foam insulation completely sealed in impact resistant polyethylene. Insulated closures keep water warmer in winter and cooler in summer. These elliptical closures tip easily so animals can drink without resistance. Finger lift service cover for easy access to perform maintenance – No tools, springs, or clips. Unique patented water seal keeps cold air away from valve. Elliptical disc covers water so mosquitoes don’t have a place to breed. 10 year limited warranty. One drinking opening, trough capacity of 11.2 gallons, animal capacity of 30 head beef cattle. Can be anchored to concrete pad, optional electric heat, immersion heater, and self regulating heat cable available for extreme freezing conditions (sold seperately). 28″ long X 20.3″ wide X 25″ high.
*Certain requirements apply for energy-free, frost-free usage. A minimum number of animals must be drinking from the waterer. It is recommended that the appropriate number of thermal tube(s) be installed in conjunction with the waterer.
