Sold by the 50 lb. bag. A completely balanced, high energy textured feed for growing show lambs and breeding sheep. This formula is a higher protein version of 18% for those producers looking for higher protein levels. Fortified with vitamins and minerals for excellent muscle growth and body condition. May be fed to show lambs of any age or weight. Feed about 1/4 flake of good quality alfalfa hay per day to maintain healthy rumen function. Formulated to provide a combination of both bypass and rumen degradable protein to improve growth and muscle synthesis. Contains the following features:
Zinpro – highly available minerals such as zinc to help immune response especially when traveling
Tasco – helps lower body temperature during heat stress
Diamond V yeast – delivers a rich, all-natural nutrient source to the animals digestive bacteria
Ammonium chloride – helps to reduce the incidence of urinary calculi (water belly)
Deccox – for the prevention of coccidiosis to help support normal immune system
Puriferm – a natural feed additive prebiotic for enhanced energy digestion
Contains 18% crude protein, 3.5% crude fat, and 9.0% crude fiber
In general, feed 0.3 lb per 10 lbs of bodyweight (3 lbs for a 100 lb lamb). Always provide plenty of clean, fresh water. Feed at least 28 days during periods of exposure to coccidiosis or when it is likely to be a hazard. Refer to the product label for complete instructions.
