Description
The apple-cinnamon flavor makes this dewormer a tasty paste for your horse. Controls large strongyles, small strongyles, pinworms, and ascarids. Approved for use concomitantly with an approved form of trichlorfon (boticide). Safe for all horses including pregnant mares and very young foals. Convenient 25 gram syringe.
Directions: Administer orally at the rate of 2.3 mg/lb. One syringe will deworm a 1,100 lb horse. For foals and weanlings where ascarids are a problem, the recommended dose is 4.6 mg/lb. At this dosage level, one syringe will deworm a 550 lb horse. For control of encysted cyathostome and fourth stage larvae of Strongylus vulgaris, refer to the label for a 5 day treatment protocol.
DO NOT use in horses intended for food. Refer to the product label for complete instructions.
