Description
University tested formula for plump and juicy tomatoes. Feeds naturally and will not force rapid growth at the expense of blooms and tomato yield. Fertilizer analysis of 3-4-6 (N-P-K). One pound equals approximately 3 cupfuls. Now formulated with Bio-Tone which is a source of mycorrhizae to allow plants to thrive even more.
Soil preparation – Apply 3 lbs per 50 sq. feet of tomato bed and work into the top 4-6″ of soil. For single plants, mix 3 Tablespoons into the soil when planting. For potted plants, mix one part Tomato-tone to 30 parts of soil mixture (1.25 cups for every 8 qt. of soil). After establishment – Apply Tomato-tone after 10-14 days of planting and then twice a month during the growing season. Rows – 1 cup each side per 5′ of row Single plants – 3 Tablespoons per plant Potted plants – Apply 1.5 teaspoons per 4 inches of pot diameter (1.5 Tablespoons per 12″ pot diameter) Apply in a narrow band around single plants or along each side of a row. Keep at least 3″ from stem. Water thoroughly after feeding.
