Description
A granular repellent that is applied around the
perimeter of the area to be protected. When snakes come in contact with the
product, they are deterred because it interferes with their sensory reception
system. Temporarily shuts this sensory reception down, leaving the snake
disoriented, causing the snake to leave the area to seek fresh air. Fall may be
the best time to use Snake Away as this is when they are choosing their winter
hibernating den, but can be very effective in spring and summer too. Effective
for 2-3 months under normal weather conditions. Normal rainfall will not harm
product. Snake away is most effective on rattlesnakes, garter snakes, hognose
snake, and coral snake. EPA registered and university tested. Contains 28.0% sulfur and
7.0% naphthalene.
