Robbie grew up on a farm (Mt. Warren Farm) in Albemarle County.  After graduating high school he worked as a Farm Manager at Nutmeg Farm, a purebred Angus operation outside of Charlottesville, VA. He previously joined the Augusta Co-op team before going to work for W.F. Paulett & Son.  He worked for W.F. Paulett for the past 20 years before re-joining the Augusta Co-op team in September 2014 after the sale of the W.F. Paulett business to Augusta Co-op.
