Description

For use on all lawns where an organic based lawn food is desired. Can be used on established lawns as well as new seed/sod installations. When applied at the recommended rate, this product will not burn grass and is appropriate for areas frequented by children and pets. Up to 4 times the coverage of other all natural lawn foods. 3 times the slow release nitrogen of conventional lawn foods. Now contains a non-staining iron for quick greening. Ideal for any season including summer. Feed any time grass is actively growing.

Apply to a dry lawn that has been recently mowed. Apply with either a drop or rotary spreader (sold separately). Be sure to overlap slightly to avoid striping. For best results, water in after application if rainfall is not expected within 24 hours. For established lawns: Feed at the rate of 4 lbs per 1,000 sq. feet. For cool season grasses, feed 3-4 times a year (early spring, late spring, early fall, and late fall). For warm season grasses, feed 4-5 times each year (late winter, early spring, late spring, late summer, and fall). For new lawns – Feed at the rate of 4 lbs per 1,000 sq. feet. Seed can be sown same day of application. For sodding, apply to the finished grade soil prior to installation of sod at 4 lbs per 1,000 sq. feet.
