Install in high tensile smooth wire fence during the fence installation to periodically renew tension on the high tensile wire during the life of the fence. Heavy cast cog with spring loaded latch. Hot dip zinc coated frame exceeds Type III specifications. No raw uncoated steel edges. Use with DA1701 handle to tighten (sold separately).
